Project Description: A medical cell lab company wanted to establish a medical lab affiliated with them in Dubai Medical City, and the project was critical due to the urgent need to complete the project in full within a period not exceeding 90 days from the start date.

We started with the owner from the beginning of the contract with the contractor, and a meeting was held during the first week to determine the work method and communication.

During the execution phase:

• Assigning a work team consisting of 3 engineers (civil project manager, mechanical project manager, planning and budget engineer)

• Visits at an average of 3 times a week

• 35 inspection reports

• Total of 18 weekly reports

• Total of 8 final inspection reports

• Total of 22 site meetings with the contractor and the owner

• Countless calls and discussions with the owner

• Countless correspondences on the project's WhatsApp group, which includes our team, the contractor, and the owner

• More than 90 emails

• Settling 6 requests for additional work and providing 20% of the required amount while maintaining the contractual time frame

Receipt status:

• Number of delay days zero

• Number of technical problems after receipt by the owner zero

• Full satisfaction from the owner with the quality of the provided service
