How do I maintain quality?

1- Identification and detailing of required materials:

Each item in the project consists of one or more materials that are assembled together or purchased from a market resource. Therefore, ensure the identification of all these materials before the contract, and what cannot be identified in advance should be identified and approved during the construction period, but before the contractor starts implementing the item.

2- Study of the execution method:

Agreement on the method of implementing each item in the project and what precedes or follows it from other items.

3- Determining the acceptance method (inspection):

Is painting the entire house required and then requesting acceptance from the consultant? Or making a sample first? Or executing a full floor?

4- Documenting and monitoring notes:

Defects in execution or notes are a reality that cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to agree on a method for documenting and monitoring them in detail until they are completed.
